Guinea pig housing
Guinea pigs should be kept inside until they're at least one year old to prevent colds and pneumonia. they should be kept in a hutch or cage of size of about 40cms-120cms. you can line the hutch with saw dust from a pet shop and should also be supplied with hay which will supply them with nutrients that they need. guinea pigs don't produce their own vitamin c and need plenty of fruit and veg such as carrots and cucumber
